\nOn September 21\, 2024\, the Leadership Southwest Class of 2024 will embark on the program&rsquo\;s
\nannual Community Service Project in partnership with the Cynthia Mickens Ministries. To
\nsupport this multi-city collaboration\, we are inviting you to help sponsor our efforts to build a
\ncommunity garden and gathering place for the youth and senior citizens of Hutchins\, TX.
\nWe need your commitment to support the work of Leadership Southwest Class of 2024 by
\npurchasing a Community Day sponsorship. With your help\, we can purchase supplies to
\nbuild multiple garden beds\, build an outdoor kitchen/classroom area and gazebo\, and
\ninstall benches\, for the community to grow healthy produce\, learn how to cook healthier
\nfood selections\, build relationships\, and foster an environment for multi-generational
\nenlightenment.
\nWe would be grateful if you would consider making a donation or sponsorship commitment to
\nthis meaningful project and in support of Southern Dallas County families.
\nLeadership Southwest is a cooperative effort sponsored by the Balch Springs\, Cedar Hill\,
\nDeSoto\, Duncanville\, Glenn Heights and Inland Port Area Chambers of Commerce with a
\nmission to promote and enhance leadership through education in civic and community affairs\,
\nand encourage volunteerism in Southwest Dallas County.
