DESCRIPTION:Leadership Southwest in collaboration with the Best Southwest Partnership invite you to participate in 2019 legislative efforts. We are excited to represent 12 cities\, many chambers\, school districts\, businesses\, entities and leaders that have a mission to be a thriving region for future generations.  The information and education provided to the legislators will be critical to the decisions they make on policy that affects our region.\n\n\n\nMISSION:\n\n\n	Provide members of the Texas Legislature with info needed to make the best decisions for their constituents\n	Educate and involve business leaders\, emerging leaders and citizens regarding the priorities that affect our area\n\n\nTENTATIVE AGENDA:\n\n5:30 am - Depart Best Southwest Area\n\n9:45 am - Acknowledgement from the House Floor\n\n11:00 am - Acknowledgement from the Senate Floor\n\n11:30 am - Lunch\n\n1:00 pm - Tours / Office Visits\n\n        * Rookie Track: Designed for those not familiar with legislative process and/or first time visitors.\n\n        * Advanced Track: Designed for those that want to be briefed on policy and legislation that            pertains to the Best Southwest and North Texas.\n\n4:30 pm - Legislative Reception\n\n6:00 pm - Return to BSW
