8:30 am    Leadership Module presented by Steve Hendon

  • Understanding soft skills, hard skills, and signature skills
  • What is a strength?
  • Understanding the four categories of strengths and why they are important
  • The value of strengths to the organization
  • How to identify your unique strengths
This session will also include the free VIA Character Strengths Survey to be taken by each participant before class. The link for the VIA survey is: www.viacharacter.org. Go to this page, click on the box that says “Take The Free VIA Survey.” It will direct you to a sign up page, set up an account with sign in and password. It takes about 10-15 minutes. When finished, print out the list of 24 Character Strengths and bring it with you on Wednesday.
